Meals for Tots: Roast Vegetable Quesadilla, Bagel Crisps and Gucamole

Tonight's quesadilla was made from left over roast vegetables from last night's lasagne. The roast vegetables were mashed and combined with a small drizzle of plum sauce. The quesadillas were served with bagel crisps and homemade guacamole. 

For dessert there's strawberry yoghurt and chopped fresh strawberries.
