Meals for Tots: Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins

To make our raspberry and white chocolate muffins I used the Edmonds blueberry muffin recipe as a base. I substituted the blueberries for raspberries instead, then added a cup of white chocolate chunks too. I often have muffins frozen in the freezer because they're perfect for pulling out at the end of the week when the cupboards are getting a bit low. 

Alongside the muffins we have water crackers and pumpkin hummus, as well as sliced grapes and cheese.
