Meals for Tots: Pita Bread Pizza

Pita bread makes a great alternative to a normal pizza base. I use the mini pita breads when I make pizza for my toddler. They're the perfect size. We simply add our favourite sauce to the base, followed my our toppings and then pop into the oven at 180 C until the toppings are cooked through. Time will vary, depending on your toppings. 

I also made a quinoa and rice 'pasta' with a canned of tomatoes and a sprinkle of parmesan on top. The pizza and pita bread pizza was then served with a side of broccoli, cauliflower and crumbled feta.
