Meals for Tots: Muffin Tin Pie with a Coconut and Dragon Fruit Dessert

Making pies in a large muffin tin makes them the perfect size for toddlers. The leftover pies can then easily be popped into zip lock bags and frozen until needed. We made simple egg pies, but you could add any ingredients that you wanted. 

In the top left hand section you'll find courgette, red capsicum and halloumi. On the right hand side is a coconut and dragon fruit dessert made from coconut yoghurt, sliced banana and chopped pieces of Dragon fruit.
