Meals for Tots: Moroccan Pasta with Roasted Chickpeas

Today's meal for my little tot: 

Tropical mash - gold and orange kumara mash with pineapple, a little bit of Little Island coconut milk, cheese and a tiny bit of butter.
Cooked broccoli 
Moroccan pasta - 'pasta spirals' (quinoa/rice blend), Watties Moroccan flavoured tomatoes, grated courgette, peas, sweet corn and roasted chickpeas.


I use the Cere's Organics quinoa/rice blend 'pasta' spirals for this dish. You can purchase these from New World in the pasta section. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, cook peas and corn.. Once the pasta has cooked drain the water from the pot. Add pasta and all other ingredients to a frying pan with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool down for a few minutes before serving.
