Lunch for Tots: Vegetable Sticks and Pesto Hummus

Vegetable sticks and hummus are a fun and healthy addition to any lunch box. My little boy loves dipping things at the moment so we thought we'd try these. If I'm completely honest, some days he does just use the sliced capsicum pieces to spoon the hummus into his little mouth. That's kids for you though. Adding a couple of drops of vanilla extract to the Greek yoghurt helps to sweeten it up, along with some fresh fruit. 

Today's lunch for my little tot: 

Yellow capsicum and cucumber sticks
Hummus with pesto for dipping
Brown rice crackers
Greek yoghurt with raspberries and a couple of drops of vanilla extract
Banana and nectarine
