Lunch for Tots: Orange and Mango Greek Yoghurt with Chia Seeds.

This week we tried a new yoghurt - Retro Organics Orange and Mango Greek Yoghurt. I also sprinkled some chia seeds on top. The rest of the lunch box is a mix of grains, protein, dairy and fresh fruit and vegetables. 


Today's lunch for my little tot:

Retro Organics Orange and Mango Greek Yoghurt with chia seeds
Chopped fresh orange and mango (canned)
Sliced cheese
Vita Weat multigrain crackers with Vegemite 
Cream cheese in the middle for crackers
Baby spinach, tomato and yellow capsicum
